<p>Según el mismo Jorge Velosa es llamada también guabina, manera interiorana de nombrar las coplas, especialmente cuando se echan con una de las tantas tonadas tradicionales. Estas últimas pueden ser tal y conforme o con algunas variantes y, hasta novedosas, según la capacidad y experiencia de los cantadores para improvisar, tanto en lo melódico como en lo textual.</p>
